Recently it was reported that a taxi driver was shot in New Kingston during an altercation with a police officer. I don't know if the police used unnecessary force and my advice to all citizens is not to get into confrontations with the police. Fight for your rights in the courts not with the police. Failure to follow my advice could result in you being dead right. A dead man cannot fight for his rights.
Since then a voicemail has been circulating about Minister Pearnel Charles Jr. parking in the same area in New Kingston. I can confirm that Minister Charles has just returned from an overseas trip and has not been in New Kingston since.
We can listen and read what is sent to us but bear in mind that there is quite a bit of Fake News being circulated. Persons are also posting outrageous stories to increase the likes and the following that they get. It is sad that many people gravitate towards this Fake News rather than the factual things that Bark Di Trute puts out.
