Rev VB has passed on. A former World at 8 news presenter on RJR The Supreme Sound, he also hosted a gospel show called Gospel in Soul. He eventually became a Christian. This energetic and dynamic broadcaster also performed and produced recordings as Rev VB and the Gospel Flames. Some of these recordings were done with Lucy Myers.
Later on, he became a pastor at a church.
Rev VB, a distinctive voice on RJR The Supreme Sound. He made an indelible mark on the Jamaican media landscape.
Note also that veteran media personality Dr. Dennis Howard has lost his father.

Condolences to his family and the entire staff at RJR broadcasting Station alone with friends across the diaspora. Only the life that live, will continue to shine after you have gone.
