Revealing Discussion with Principal Joseph Williams from St. James High and Vernon Derby - Part II

Today I had a second discussion with the Principal of  St. James High, Mr. Joseph Williams. The Principal made a significant contribution to the school by transforming the institution. There is now a new Chairman of the Board and there are challenges between the Chairman and the Principal. This will eventually have an effect on the school and the students themselves.
