I cannot imagine some people. They have traffic tickets when placed end to end could provide you with a pathway to the moon and back. Why would you try to capture the limelight? To make it easier for the police to identify you?
Help me understand this - you break every rule in the book and then ask the government to review the law. The government should be asking you to review your behaviour.
Note that the election is in the air. Some of the operators probably trying to make a political point hoping that one party will have sympathy with them. Any party that can assure me that they will put back law and order in the society, where from the baby on the breast to the dying person on the bed, must abide by the law, then you will have my support!

Yeah mon serve him right, the wrong doer always making the most noise, and that's good because the police job becomes easier
