Sad Case of Suicide?

I just received information from a very reliable source that a soldier has committed suicide on the Palisadoes Road. 

It is time to take stock of the people around us. Many are having serious challenges and they need help. We also have to take stock of ourselves also before it is too late.

I believe that anyone who attempts to commit suicide can be charged for a criminal offense. Someone who attempts to commit suicide needs help.
