The Play 'Look What Fell Out De Mango Tree' For Montego Bay

Debra Ehrhardt, award-winning writer and performer in association with Half Moon will present 'Look What Fell Out De Mango Tree' at the Half Moon Conference Centre in St. James on Sunday, August 4, at 4 pm. This is part of 'Roots, Rum, Jamaica'. The 70th-anniversary events at Half Moon run from August 2 to August 6. 

Also starring in Ehrhardt's new play is Jamaican, Juilliard actor, Christopher Grossett. The play is directed by Oscar and Grammy-winning Hall of Fame songwriter and composer, Paul Williams. This play is presented in honour of Half Moon’s 70th anniversary with part of the proceeds going towards the SOS Children’s Village in Montego Bay. 

This event is being offered among a lineup of Half Moon’s 70th-anniversary celebratory activities, entitled Roots, Rum, Jamaica, which include farm-to-table experiences, a first look at the 2nd edition of the Half Moon signature rum in partnership with Worthy Park, guest chef events with renowned chef, Daniel East and enhanced offerings at the award-winning Sugar Mill Restaurant, helmed by Chef-De-Cuisine Christopher Golding.
