Councillor Leroy 'Lizzy' Mitchell

Former councillor for the Walderston Division in North East Manchester, Mr. Leroy "Lizzy" Mitchell has passed on. In a statement release today, Prime Minister Holness said, "Leroy 'Lizzy' Mitchell distinguish himself over many years as a champion of the people and will be remembered by the residents of the Walderston Division, and indeed, across North East Manchester and the parish as a whole, as a selfless, dignified and diligent servant of the people.

The Prime Minister went on to express condolences to the family, friends, colleagues and constituents of former councillor Leroy 'Lizzy' Mitchell.
