Very good advice, Mr Montague. You could broaden it from a constituency appeal to a national appeal focusing on school leavers not entering the workforce or accessing higher education, as well as those who left school long ago and are not gainfully employed.

Awesome....however, I do believe that with certification there should be some sort of training in professionalism and ethics to help people appreciate the link between success and good work ethics and having the right attitude. One of the things dragging down this country and impoverishing our lives is poor work ethics. I hired someone to do work in my kitchen some time ago and I would never employ him again or recommend him to anyone and there are many persons who've had similar experiences with so-called tradesmen. Unprofessional service has now typified almost every area of Jamaican life.
I agree. The workmen are just like scammers generally speaking.
