The Franciscan Missionary Sisters (FMS), known as Jamaica’s 'Blue Sisters', had there 36th annual Christmas treat for the elderly, poor, and shut-ins of the Grants Pen inner city community. This took place in December.
I know that some of you look at these people as being unusual, and they are. How many of us have time to look after the poor, the elderly, and those who cannot help themselves? Thank God for those crazy people who are willing to do it. I just might need their support one day.
When you think of the work that many of these organizations do and we are not even aware of it. I would love to hear more from these organizations about their work. Doing good could become infectious.
