This haphazard manner of stopping or freezing aid, will hurt many vulnerable people and countries that depend on this assistance to feed starving people and fund social programs that provide valuable assistance to the needy and deprived! This is an unconscionable act by uncaring and selfish individuals, who are pretending to be fiscally responsible!
