Bark Di Trute Set To Have 2,000,000 Views By The End of 2025

Bark Di Trute has 1.782 million views as of May 31, 2025. Help me make the 2 million by the end of December 2025. This means that I will have to have between 36,000 and 40,000 views or more each month. You can help me do it by sharing the blogs with your friends.

I have been pushing this blog night and day for the past three years, and many people have benefited. Jamaicans overseas tell me that they rely on Bark Di Trute for accurate information. Bark Di Trute has been first to break news sometimes in Jamaica, and also we broke one international news.

Through the lobby work of this blog, I have been able to assist hundreds of citizens. Organizations have benefitted from the feedback. One of the partnerships that I am very proud of is working with Everet Smith and the relatives of Violet Edwards to secure approximately JAD7 million worth of scholarships for Jamaican students. Violet Edwards is the oldest Jamaican to get a degree and one of the oldest in the world. She got her degree at the age of 96 and at 99 her brain is as sharp as a razor.

Bark Di Trute has been able to assist persons as far as Africa.

Bark Di Trute has been working with persons in theatre to promote their plays and also working with the producers of Jazz In The Gardens. Bark Di Trute wants to promote entertainment and entertainers who we can be proud of.

One of the great things we have been able to do is to bring unedited press releases from the government, political parties, and various organizations to the people.

Another great initiative is the setting up of an Emergency Alert System that agencies can get information to all media houses and media personalities immediately. The Fire Brigade Service, the Jamaica Constabulary Force, the Meteorological Service and the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management. The  JCF can now send a text, audio, or video message to all media houses and other persons if there is a crime scene in Montego Bay for example. They can advise the media houses that the area is blocked off.

If there is an earthquake, the head of ODPEM, for example, can send out a message to be relayed to the public immediately if there is the possibility of a tsunami. Reporters, news editors, talk show hosts, and media presenters receive messages from Emergency Alert.

The one challenge we have with Bark the Trute is Funding. It is time consuming and costly to host this blog. There has been very little support from the public. Recently the host company decided to force persons to watch the advertisements on the site. This has annoyed many people. When a advertisement comes up requiring to look at it, allow it to stay on the screen for about 15 second and then click on the back button to go back to the blog site.

Thanks for your continued support and to those who kept in touch with me when I had some health issues. You will notice that I am putting out more blogs again, but the danger still looms overhead. Thanks for your prayers and support. I wish I could find a young person who would be willing to work and learn from me so that they can establish a blog. This would involve writing and editing the blogs, taking still pictures, creating graphics for the site. It also involve editing pictures and videos. I forgot that there is also the distribution of the blogs.

    1. The blog features advertisements, but people are not clicking on them, resulting in low revenue. If it is not profitable for the host company, then I end up getting peanuts.
