August 3, 2025, will be a day never to be forgotten when Bark Di Trute and the organizers of Jazz In The Gardens will put uplifting music at the centre stage of our creative development again. Jazz in the Gardens has been an outstanding production for many years. We want more people to be exposed to our talented artists who continue to put on fantastic shows for the family at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel.
A few years ago, Bark Di Trute Editor Vernon Derby got some artistes together and encouraged them to continue to produce uplifting and positive music for the country. The artistes include persons like Freddie McGregor, Roy Rayon, Frankie Campbell from Fab 5, Rojjah, Althea Hewitt, Michigan, Mackie Conscious, Latty Guzang, Chevaughn Walker, Jermaine Hurd, Pam Hall, and others. More artistes are coming on board.
You can be a part of this movement to assist our creative people in changing the cultural tone of our beautiful nation. Wi tiad a di gun lyrics and di bad man music. Time to make great Jamaican music hit the world again.
Your company can lead the way by showing its support for positive music by sponsoring at least 10 young people to attend the next Jazz In Gardens show at the Pegasus Hotel on Sunday, August 3. Many of these young people cannot afford to attend a show like this. Your help will expose them to positive entertainment. You could also sponsor some of your outstanding workers to attend the show. They will certainly appreciate the gesture. Your partners would definitely appreciate a few tickets to attend the show.
