This video is now a hot potato and is being used effectively on the campaign trail.

Trelawny Woman, Floris Blake, is 103 Today!

Today is a milestone in the life of FLORIS BLAKE ( Aunt AL), of Woodgrove district, Trelawny. She is 103 years old today!!!. A faithful, humble, giving, and loving daughter of The Cockpit Country. 

I met her when I was a youngster in Litchfield, where I used to play the organ at the Litchfield Baptist Church. Thanks to my foundation friend for sending the information to me.

Commissioner Kevin Blake meets Vernon Derby

I met the Commissioner of Police at the end of their expo at the National Arena. It was an excellent expo, which we must continue to have. It shows the public what the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) is doing for us.

There are too many negatives things being spread about the police force, and one gets the impression that there has been no improvement in the JCF. There are still challenges, but as citizens, we must play our part to help, and the JCF must welcome the help.

Any day the JCF has the majority of citizens on their side, that will be the beginning of the end of criminals. The JCF should use the talented members of the band, the choir, and other police groups to win the hearts and minds of the people.

There is concern about the number of police killings. Jamaica is a violent society, and with over 1400 persons, including police officers, being killed, I am not surprised that innocent people have lost their lives at the hands of the police. 

Who is This Outstanding Performer? I know she is a policewoman. 🤣
