Bedward Gardens residents in Kingston are facing danger from low-hanging JPS wires. There is also a significant number of householders who are stealing electricity in the area.

There is an anancy web-like connections to the JPS main lines. It seems that JPS and the government need to move fast on a solution to this problem, or else lives will be lost in the near future. The wires are very low that it is easy for people to touch them from the street.
The JPS wires are very close to the ground, and it seems like there could be a serious accident in the area soon.
What is interesting, as the citizen reports, is that the JPSCo crew has left a new post there, and the wires have not been connected to the new pole.
