August 3, 2025; Kingston – The Kingston and St. Andrew Municipal Corporation (KSAMC) proudly congratulates Brithney Clarke, Miss Kingston & St. Andrew, on her coronation as Miss Jamaica Festival Queen 2025.

 

Brithney’s triumph is a moment of pride not only for our parish, but for the nation as a whole. Her grace, intelligence and commitment to cultural preservation embody the spirit of the Jamaican woman in the postIndependence era. She reflects what it means to be confident, creative and community driven.”

 

Mayor of Kingston, Councillor Andrew Swaby, who engaged with Brithney as a contestant at the parish level and later during her reign as parish queen, commended her accomplishment. 

"Brithney Clarke’s victory is a powerful reflection of the strength, heritage, and resilience that Kingston and St. Andrew contribute to the national fabric. “We look forward to seeing how she inspires our young people, especially girls and women, across Jamaica through her platform and the initiatives she will champion during her reign.”

 

The KSAMC stands ready to support and collaborate with Brithney throughout her reign as she undertakes projects that preserve our heritage, empower youth, and foster community development.
