Editor's Note
Neither Miss World nor any Miss Universe has ever had that beautiful spirit that made her one of the most beautiful women in the world. First, let me apologize for the crude comments made about her in the past. You stand so tall, Paula, that not even your ankles were touched by those crude comments coming from those who could never walk in your shoes. Even at this late stage, I hope that the leaders of these outspoken women's organization will join me in this apology.
A woman who held a high office, who always felt she was the servant of the people, and always reported to them. May you continue to share your knowledge with the people of Jamaica and the world.
Please add your tributes at the end of this blog to this outstanding Jamaican.
