What's Happening - October 14, 2025

Man Chat 'im Chat 'bout Bad Pickney
This is a raw, unedited video featuring a Jamaican talking to the children of the country. You might not appreciate the language of the man in the video, but his message is a powerful one that the young people will understand clearly.

Fighting Against Authority

It's the norm for people to fight with those who are trying to maintain law and order. The state needs to flex its muscles.

These Students Will Pass Subjects In Fighting!

This is what these ladies do best at school—fight. I wonder which man will take up one of these and make that one his wife one day? They have destroyed two sets of uniforms. I wonder what they told their parents. Parents probably don't care.

Dem Rob Yu Anytime Anywhere

The video below shows a man being robbed on a school compound. Reports coming in are that robberies are frequent in the Cecilia Avenue area. Officers could hang around the area, looking like street people in order to nab these criminals.

Bring Back Di Train
The young people and their parents in the video below were thrilled to ride on the train to visit Bog Walk, Linstead, and Spanish Town. It is sad to know that Air Jamaica has flown away, and our train service has been derailed. Now, even babies have cars, and they certainly account for the high road fatalities

Hoax Message

If you get this message from someone, just tell the sender that the message is a hoax.

'Just a quick heads up: Today on the radio they were talking about Whatsapp Gold. There's a video coming out tomorrow on Whatsapp called Martinelli. Don't open it. It gets into your phone and nothing you do can fix it. Spread the word if you know anyone. If you receive a message to update WhatsApp Gold * Don't open it! They just announced that the hack is serious. Send this to everyone.'

Jaden Smith

Jayden Smith
Jayden Smith, the missing Manchester High student, has not been found. There are challenges in the family, and the police will have to continue with their investigations. Jayden's action or behaviour could have been impacted by relationships in the home. It is a pity he was not put in a state home and good care taken of him. He probably would be around still. You will note that there is no mention of his mother. Mark my word, there is more to the story.

If someone abused this youngster and/or killed him because he was in a vulnerable situation, may you pay for your evil deeds before you depart this earth.

Those who post false stories about this case are like the birds that fly high up who will find ways to make money out of 'dead meat.'

The truth, like oil, will float to the top.

A Hole For The Visually Impaired TO Fall Into

This is a hole just sitting there for anyone to fall into, and that includes the visually impaired. Who cares? Management of Courtleigh Auditorium, can you help me to bring pressure to bear on those who can do something about it.

This is the hole!

Frankie Campbell

Frankie Campbell

Frankie Campbell, who has been ailing for a few days, is now on the mend. Please do not call him or discuss what you are seeing on social media with him.

Hopefully, in another month, he will be the fabulous Frankie with the Fabulous 5!

  1. I don't think that Jamaica is at the point yet where we are disgusted with what is happening in our country. If we were, we would have done something about the wanton dysfunctionality in the society. The only way we can come back as a country is to have a deliberate and intentional resocialization programme to tackle maladaptive behaviors. This should be done in the early school life of our children whilst they're a captive audience and are still moldable. Makes no use you try with the adults cause horse gone through the gate already. Some people are so far gone, that they see nothing wrong with confronting authority and defying law and order. They respect no one, not even themselves.

  3. The man talking about students and parents abiding by the rules as it relates to grooming and overall behaviour in our schools, should go on a school tour bringing this very clear and passionate message. Very interesting and impressive.

  4. I agree with the man particularly on the school rules. He shows that the people are capable. If adherence at the us embassy occurs so well, is it that we respect the visa more than we respect our selves and each other? For sure yes, yes and yes. This is where respect starts ,when the children are young. There is also a powerful lesson for kids when dissent is expressed appropriately. Finally, proper and respectful responses must be given in return
