I have always advised my Bark Di Trute supporters not to support businesses where customers are not given superior treatment.
During my health challenges, I only go to those pharmacies where I get excellent treatment. Lee's Pharmacy on Red Hills Road, Alchemist Pharmacy on Hope Road, and today I will take a look at TD Care Pharmacy on Downer Avenue.
TD Care Pharmacy is a relatively small pharmacy tucked away at the corner of Downer Avenue and Old Hope Road. The moment you enter that pharmacy, you are out in a few minutes. The place is not crowded, and that is what makes the difference. Their staff and management can be described as a loving and caring bunch, ready to serve their customers.
You will enjoy going there because the pharmacist has time to give you advice about the medications that have been prescribed by the doctor. When you go to some pharmacies, you hand in your prescription, and it is the cashier who hands you your prescription. She/he cannot discuss the medication with you because the cashier is not a pharmacist.
For a small pharmacy, it is amazing to see how many items they have for sale. I believe one of the reasons for their excellent service is due to the fact that the owner is a pharmacist and she works there.

Kudos to this establishment for providing good customer service, an important commodity in every business, unfortunately it is scare in most Jamaican businesses
