I believe I recognize someone in a Camperdown High uniform. Do these students take the school bus?
More than likely, the door of the bus was left open, and it seems that someone's foot got trapped in the door.
Note that there are no medically trained people around to assist. If someone is injured, someone will lift them by the arms and another by the feet and throw the injured person in another vehicle. By the time they reach the hospital, the injured person will have suffered more damage.
