Mr Phillip Levy, a former President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Jamaica Broilers Group, died this morning. He also served as vice president for finance and corporate planning while at Jamaica Boilers. Phillip Levy accumulated over 50 years of experience at all levels of the regional poultry industry.
Mr Levy was part of the popular Levy family, who were involved in setting up the Jamaica Boilers Group. Jamaicans are familiar with the 'Best Dressed Chicken' produced by the company and also with the popular Levy family.
