Santa Plaza In Santa Cruz
Good day Mr Derby again. From time to time I talk to you about Santa Plaza in Santa Cruz. I told you about that green area in the middle of the Plaza which houses the pit. An unsound man has again taken over this area putting a host of used stuff like old Zinc, and a lot of other old stuff, wood, tarpaulin must to sleep under. When the NWCA worker came around to collect for the garbage pickup, we told her about the condition there. She said she would bring it to the authority attention. Mr Derby the man is still there with all sorts of garbage. He even built a shack urinal from Zinc and broken blocks.
The Parish Council is to come and move this man with his pile of garbage before any disease break out from this urinal.
There is a sanitary convenience at the front of the market already.
One of the problem is the police will not stop the PPVs from coming into the Plaza.

From the first week in October 2025 Santa Cruz ( I think I told you) and it's environs have not gotten any water in the pipe.i do not know what is happening with NWC.
The Minister need to tell us what's happening. How can we have a contract with NWC to provide us with water and no water from October 2015. We need to know what's happening. It is very costly to buy water. Business people and others have to buy black drums and have these water topping up the drums. It is also costing immensely the homes.
Need answers man.

Mr Derby, good day.
The people and business places of Santa Cruz and environs are meeting hell with the cost of water. Its and arm abd leg. Truck men are making a kilking from this water thing.Why Nwc will not do whath needs to be done so we the customers can get back water in the pipe. From first week in October until now and no water.

Can we use the engineers from the universities throughout Jamaica to complete a plan and exquisite an aqueduct to channel water from the river to storage for livestock and farming in the St Bess and the rest of Jamaica we have so many rivers lets put them to futher use.
