It would be good if NWC could advise residents in Goshen, Pepper and adjoining districts why the pressure is so low and has caused the residents to be buying water ironically pipe lines are laid and water from the Pepper wells will be pumped to Manchester, we need to hear from NWC what the hell is happening, and guess what persons have been getting bills for water they haven’t received?? We need to know what s happening this seems to be the modus operandi of NWC these days is this a “new norm” the residents need to hear from you NWC!!!
