Alert - Leak Maintenance Will Affect Red Hills Road,, Central Avenue And Environs

 

Statement From NWC - September 21, 2026

Customers along sections of Red Hills Road, Central Avenue, and all roads leading off are being advised that their scheduled water supply will be temporarily disrupted due to urgent leak repairs being carried out on Reinfield Drive.

Areas to be affected include: sections of Constant Spring Road, Oakland Apartments, Central Avenue, upper Waterloo Road, Grants Pen, Highland Drive, sections of Shortwood Road, Camperdown, West Avenue, Old Church Road, Dulwich, Dukaharan, Washington Close, Grosdale, Hughenden, Maverley, Lyndale, Woodhaven, Red Hills Boulevard, sections of Red Hills Road, sections of Whitehall Avenue, Donmair, Beverlydale, Valentine Gardens, Sunrise Crescent, Calabar and Roymarr.

Customers are encouraged to conserve their stored supply at this time. The NWC is advising that water supply will gradually resume by 8:00 p.m. tonight, Monday, September 21, 2026.

Customers are reminded that not all areas will receive supply at exactly the same time due to factors such as network recharging, location, elevation and localized demand.

The NWC apologizes for any inconvenience caused and appreciates the patience and understanding of its valued customers.
