The National Water Commission is
advising that it will be carrying out maintenance work at the Gutters facility
in Manchester.
The works will be done on Thursday, January
24, 2019 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
The areas to be affected include: Pepper, Downs,
Prospect, sections of New Forest, Farm, Nain, Sea Air, Spur Tree, Greenvale,
Hatfield, Dunrobin, Mandeville Town, Georges Valley, Richmond, Old England, Gray Ground, New Port, Ward
Avenue, Heartease, Albion, May Day, Brumaila, Marshall's Pen, Mike Town,
Lincoln, Huntley and surrounding areas.
"NWC is also advising customers in some sections of St.
Catherine, served by
the Keystone Pumping Station, will experience a disruption in their service,
as the Company will be carrying out necessary repair works on a 4 inch
main."
The disruption will commence today January
23, 2019 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Areas to be affected are Mount
View, Tryal Heights and sections of Keystone (just a reminder as release was
sent yesterday)
