Jamaica Constabulary Force Officers Recognized
The results are in for the Area 5 Transforming Our Police Service (TOPS) Competition. The winners from left to right are: SP Aaron Fletcher, Divisional Commander for St. Andrew North (Top Division); Sgt. Laurie Ogilvie, Irish Town Station Commander (Top Station in the St. Andrew North Division); DSP Lola Green Blake, i/c Administration, St. Catherine South Divisional HQ (Top Prisoners in Custody Station - Greater Portmore Station is located in her Division); Sgt Garfield Wallace, Above Rocks Station in the St. Catherine North (Area 5 Top Station); Mrs. Otarah Byfield Nugent, PCOA CEO; Inspector Donald Burke, Station Commander for Bath Station (Top Station for St. Thomas Division); Sgt. Allan Morgan, Station Commander for Cedar Valley ( Top Customer Service Station); and Insp. Delroy Stewart, Station Commander for Greater Portmore (Top Station in St. Catherine South).
