Dr. Ramon Arscott is a very brilliant Jamaican doctor who is a Rhodes Scholar. I interviewed him on my radio programme recently in Jamaica.
He has his PhD in immunology. He has studied at Oxford University in the United Kingdom and also at Harvard University in the United States.
Dr. Arscott is married to a Bermudian and he now lives in Bermuda.
Recently he was part of a panel discussing covid-19 in Bermuda.
