Garbage In Front Of Medical Facility - What A Disgrace!!!

A visitor to the Operation Friendship Compound in Kingston, sent me the following message:

The entrance to Operation Friendship Compound. Houses an  Ante natal and post natal clinic and a Medical Centre. This is the nastiness that greets us daily as they sweep and pile the garbage in the driveway.  Numerous appeals to desist has been ignored.
