A JPSCo customer has sent me the following message with a voice note:
Kindly extend thanks and appreciation to these JPS Crew members for a job well done by restoring our power last night..These JPS line crew members were on top of things very early and went about their duties with a sense of urgency that was admirable.
Kindly big them up for me on behalf of the Summit Heights Community, Stony Hill., St. Andrew.

Glad to hear this customer's electricity was restored in such an efficient and professional manner. The key feature of good businesses should be excellent customer service. Not a well loved company but job well done. Keep doing good Mr. Derby.
