  1. Firstly, both jlp and pnp including other parties and independent candidates have contributed to the growth of Jamaica. To change our present culture of violence, scamming, polygamous behaviour adulterous behaviour etc. we need to go back to the principles of olden days. Give back control for at least one year to the elderly that are 70 years old and older to guide the mothers and grand kids of today on how to raise their kids what is exemplary and what is not acceptable from males or females at the varying levels of their lives. Re introduce civics un doctored back in school as well as use the pribciples and laws of the bible to guide our actions just as the are the foundation on which our laws are made. Let the elders retrain the people of today give them a platform and a listening ear to guide our people back to where we ought to be morally including to know what they should and should not be doing.. Morals values and principles makes a difference. Also the young seek power but knows not how to wield or control it or themselves when they get it.

3rdly in a country over runned by corruption, nepotism we must have a -o.oooo tolerance approach from everyone especially when it comes to public appearance, speech, display, actions or activities young and old regardless of status, race, class religious persuasion etc.

All public servants should be exemplary and such exemplary behaviour must be promoted and moniyored Eg. All teachers should be married and remain faithful to their partners any cheating discovered then they should lose their jobs and penalised. ( sounds drastic but that's where we need to go to get back Jamaica we love and for hope of paradise to return). There are more I could expound upon however that's my little contribution for now.

  2. I am Lloyd D Smith and i am proud to see your organisation looking into other opinions and possibilities for the governing of our nation. I am not trying to over shadow my presidebt ofh the NDM president my friend Mr Peter Townsend. However, as a person who chose to give the people an option a choice to choose better and do so by supporting/running with the NDM the people of jamaica need to learn to think together and be a team. Not for self but for us all to survive plan and grow together. As well as choose the right political representatives to manage jamaica and our affairs. Stop allowing friendship amd your vulnerability to decide for you and your children who controls jamaica
Stop allowing ourselves to be bought.
Feel free to call me up anytime at 8763429942 lets discuss our future together.
I do have a crime plan and i tried to reach out to the powers that be to assist but they don't want to fix the nation and the problems they just talk, because just as i learnt when i started law faculty, crime is relevant. they want to benefit financially from crime. Whilst people lives are being destroyed.

  4. This will be a challenging area that will need dissecting to address the core issues. This includes addressing the Social, Economic and Political issues.
Unemployment rate propels the violence and crimes, how will this be address, has this is a major component to the issues faced. Fix that aspect young people, especially will not have time to devise ways and means of providing for themselves i.e taking another man’s life for a plate of food.
Corruption that as become the norm within the heart of our political system. The under hand tactics and the back door deals with criminals not just low level criminals but the white collar crimes that presents itself daily. This will need to be address to remove politicians that are part of the major problem in supporting criminals.

Gun control, another core component of our problems. Countries such as the US and the manufactures guns needs to be fined heavily for every gun that contains trade mark and fines should be extended to all ports for departures and arrivals so that we can start reducing the shipments of guns to our island .

Law enforcement needs and overhaul as they are also part of the problem. Due the lack governance they are not held fully accountable for their actions. Eg a gun was stolen from a residential home in Jamaica and this was reported to the Police in Kingston, even though enough information was given including the name of the person who stole the licensed fire arm no investigation was done or no arrest was carried out and that gun is still at large.

  5. This should be a collective effort from all the political parties involved in trying to make a difference in taking back control of our home
