Andrew Wynter |
Chief Executive Officer, Passport, Immigration and Citizenship Agency (PICA), Andrew Wynter will be my guest on Monday, July 24, 2023, during Be My Guest. He has over 30 years of experience in the fields of security, risk and general management.
Under Mr. Wynter's leadership, PICA is now ISO 9000 certified.
Mr. Andrew Wynter is an ex-member of the Jamaica Defence Force. PICA like the NHF is one of a well-organized government entity. This would have been impacted on the high level of communication. Years ago when you applied for your passport you would forget about it and hope to get it in the future. Today, the passport can be ready in a day after the application has been submitted.
