Customer Service - JN Get it Right!

The cry of many Jamaicans is, where can they get excellent customer service, oftentimes instead of paying for a service we pay for a disservice. We need to stand up and reject the level of poor service in the country.  It is hard enough for us to earn a little pittance and then give it away for poor service,

I received the following report from a Bark Di Trute supporter:

"I find it very difficult to understand that JN Bank is unable to replace their customers debit card which is lost or stolen, as their card making machine is out of service. A friend of mine debit card has been stolen for two weeks now and he can’t get a replacement one up to yesterday. The real disappointment is that he has to pay $1000 to withdraw his salary in bank plus the long wait time he has to experience. This is totally unacceptable for an institution like JN Bank to inconvenience their customers like this with no reprieve in the charges paid.
How can a bank has only one card making machine. The management must get on this serious situation and have to rectify ASAP."

Let us support one another as consumers and demand change. Your Right is Your Might.

There's little to no customer service in this country! I've been trying to get a response from Flow, for months now!! A business line needs to be replaced and it's just not happening!! I'm really fed up with how we are treated, they have us by the b_ll_ & they know it!!

We should 'Big up!' companies who offer good service because they are out there!!

Only Constant Spring Tax Office offers anything resembling customer service in all of Jamaica. JPS tries abd JMMB used to try,.
