    Fare increases will not address the systemic challenges if the Transportation sector.
    Transportation is the largest single sector in the economy,50% of GDP. Must have a longterm Transportation Commission with a longterm proactive outlook to oversee the sector and advance plans for growing the Jamaican economy not stifling it.
