Hanging/executing guilty murderers is better for Jamaican society.
It costs a minimum of US$10,000 per annum to keep a prisoner.
One murderer for 45 years = US$ 450,000 at today's rate that is JAD70,200,000 for a full life sentence.
What if you have 400? The figure is mind-boggling. Well up to JAD 28 billion.
The Jamaican government think again. Guilty murderers should be executed quickly via an express justice channel for egregious crimes rape included. If not the profession of hitman will be in demand. People are seeking their own justice as the State keeps pussy footing, and then murders increase.
The state has a duty to act, thus preventing chaos, disorder and anarchy. Japan with one. of the lowest murder rates on the planet has a death sentence in place.
What is Jamaica doing as a murder capital of the world?

I believe from the person is guilty of murder you have the proofs say is that person as long as it is not self defense they should hang after you kill my family i must still pay tax for you to eat and drink it hard they kill my son leave his three children I don't like a murder they must hang.

Lordy. We should in fact ask for an assessment of the public finances to determine the allocation made for incarceration. The result may point to alternate policy that may have to be considered to maximize the use of hard earned taxes paid in by citizens and firms.
