    What happens after the click and how fast? How about a different approach...run a pilot and when it is successful and the resources to sustain it iidentified.....,invite us to click. Otherwise, this may just be more noise, more hot air, another announcement. Its our long history of nice. empty announcements which make us so skeptical!!!
