Lights falling off the pole |
Thanks to all my On The Ground Reporters who continue to send me information.
The People are benefitting from the information submitted.
Below is a report concerning lights hanging dangerously from a pole on Washington Boulevard in Kingston. These lights could fall off and hit a car causing an accident and also death.
I have set up a community group for those of us in broadcasting so that the police can send us alerts when there are challenges on our roads. The recent oil spill on Spur Tree Hill is a perfect example of how we could use this system to alert motorists. I have added ACP Gary McKenzie to the group so he can send media alerts via the WhatsApp community Group. Radio hosts would then announce this on air.
Let me know what you think of this idea by adding your comment.
