Police Federation Chairman, Rohan James Case Delayed Again?

I obtained the following message from the Police Federation:

Dear Colleagues,

UPDATE: SUPREME COURT: (VIRTUAL HEARING)- Rohan James vs Andrew Lewis etal Monday, February 26, 2024, at 10 am.

Today, the Supreme Court Virtual Hearing was stalled as a result of the absence of ACP Andrew Lewis et al and legal team. However, interdicted Chairman, Cpl Rohan James and legal team were present. The matter was postponed until Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 3 pm.

All Rank and File members are invited to pause and intercede in prayer to the Almighty God for our Chairman and the Jamaica Police Federation, as the Lord guides this process and his will be done.
