Can you read this?, then say thanks to a Teacher
Today, May 8, is National Teacher Appreciation Day in Jamaica. It's a day to recognize and thank dedicated patriotic teachers like yourselves for all that you do to educate, support, and inspire their students in building an independent flagship Jamaica nation. It's a day to show appreciation for the work, dedication, and positive impact on our communities.
National Teacher Appreciation Week is usually celebrated during the first full week of May, and National Teacher Appreciation Day is on the Tuesday of that week. However, some schools and districts may choose to celebrate it on a different day, like today!
So, take a moment to thank a teacher who has made a difference in your life or in the lives of those around you. A simple "thank you" or gesture of appreciation can go a long way in showing your real Jamaican gratitude!
