Tree on Mannings Hill Road in Kingston, Posing Major Danger to Pedestrians and Motorists

The following message was sent to me by a Bark Di Trute supporter. This matter should be dealt with urgently or else persons could lose their lives:

A dying tree overhanging the roadway on Mannings Hill Rd. This is located on route to the City View Hotel and appears to be a death trap. Kindly assist in informing the relevant authorities as a matter of urgency. Thanks in advance my brother.
