A dying tree overhanging the roadway on Mannings Hill Rd. This is located on route to the City View Hotel and appears to be a death trap. Kindly assist in informing the relevant authorities as a matter of urgency. Thanks in advance my brother.

they always wait until something bad happened before they fix the problem a hope this is not one
