If the answer is NO, then why would he be occupying these positions when he should be using his TIME to do the People's of Jamaica WORK?? Where does he get time to do otherwise? I am confused if these appointments were NOT by the Jamaican Government! Abuse of Tax Payers MONEY! Please advise. Thanks..
