Good morning Mr. Derby, could you find out from Minister Vaz what the consequences will be for using things to destroy the buses Eg. pens, markers, spray, things to etch names and bad words, stoning the buses, damage during trips to conference and other events, stealing parts, gas etc.
Children should not be exempt from punishment. It needs to be put into law so JFJ cannot dispute it.
Once proven guilty, punishment MUST be swift. Punishment for children can be a day of washing buses. I would even say posting their crime in the bus depot to discourage others.
We must manage crime at the infant stage and build civic pride. We cannot keep chasing our tails buying new buses. There has to be accountability!!!!
Best regards
