The preliminary counting of ballots
for the by-elections in Morant Bay, Aenon Town, Trelawny Southern and St.
Andrew North Western is complete. The candidates for the People’s National
Party (PNP) won the local government seats while the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP)
candidates won the parliamentary contest.
The
votes received by each candidate are reflected below.
