Vendors Meet Kingston & St Andrew Mayor
Mr. Andrew Payne, President of the Pearnel Charles Vendors’ Association commended Mayor Swaby for the recent upgrades undertaken at the Arcade which was unfortunately affected by fire on Monday.
Mayor Swaby met with affected vendors on Tuesday to discuss the way forward and explore possible solutions.
