The digital transformation of the Government of Jamaica will take centre stage at the eGov Jamaica Limited (eGovJa) 3rd Annual Digital Government Technology Showcase.The Andrew Holness administration has advanced Jamaica's move to be a global partner in the digital transformation of services, systems and processes to better deliver services to the people of Jamaica.On Thursday March 13, the public will be able to see some of the digital advances at the showcase slated for the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel.Key government stakeholders, industry leaders, and technology innovators will participate in the event.Guest speaker will be Senator Hon. Aubyn Hill, Minister of Industry, Investment and Commerce, and Permanent Secretary Ambassador Meade, will deliver key insights into Jamaica’s digital agenda and the role of technology in enhancing government service delivery.There will also be a Panel Discussion on the theme Digital Transformation Unlocked: Shaping Jamaica’s Tomorrow with presenters including Ms. Ceilia Barclay, The Information Commissioner, Mrs. Anika Shuttleworth CEO eGovJa, Mr. Marlon Cooper, CEO Symptai Consulting, and other industry leaders.Attendees will experience live demonstrations of innovative digital services from various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), along with cutting-edge solutions from technology vendors.This initiative aligns with Jamaica’s vision for a more efficient, transparent, and citizen-centric public sector.The day will culminate in a networking session and post-event reception, allowing stakeholders to discuss opportunities for further collaboration.Members of the media are invited to cover the event and engage with key stakeholders driving Jamaica’s digital transformation.
