Tuna mould. |
Ingredients
1 tin tuna chunks in water.
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3 stalks celery, finely chopped
3 tablespoons parsley leaves
1 teaspoon lime juice
Pepper sauce to taste
1/2 onion grated
1 pack Knox gelatin
Method
- Add 1 dessert spoon warm water to tuna water and mix with gelatin.
- Crush the tuna and add all the other ingredients.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Add gelatin mixture. Mix all ingredients well.
- Put the mixture in a round dish and place in the refrigerator overnight.
- Unmold the next day.
Note: If you do not have sour cream, use 1 cup of mayonnaise instead of 1/2.
