  2. Wow! NSWMA has begun by recycling itself now maybe they will be able to recycle Jamaica we may be able to get better leadership, cleaner more focussed politics and economics.

Downtown Kingston North and West Parade is a mess needs urine recycling containers around St William Grant and all over the city.

St William Grant Park is closed by 7:00PM or earlier while uptown Emancipation Park closes at 11:00PM in the week and 12:00 midnight on Weekends.

North Parade continues to buzz until 9:30 PM after most China Harberdasheries/other shops are closed by 8:30PM.

The higglers selling food and basic haberdashery in their informal stores stay opened.

We must commend Mother's Restuarant operators in North Parade for allowing Citizens operating/living in the area inclusive of vendors some of whom are customers to use their Bathroom facilities.

In the Park bathrooms are kept clean. If you need toilet paper there is a charge I doubt is sanctioned or provided by the park operators.

This is a civilized approach that needs emulation all over the country.
No store should be given a licence to operate anywhere in Jamaica without bathroom facilities for workers and patrons alike.

The steps of the Salvation Army Church in Parade is the "Setee on the North Parade Verandah" you can rest your feet.

The Higglers in that area are very protective of the cleanliness and curses out one another vociferously colourful if any semblance of nastiness is detected or noted.
The basic rule "clean up and sweep up after use".

The environment is very interesting and those of you in neckties suits and jackets need to Park and walk those streets.

Do not be afraid Missa D or Ms B the people will take care of you they are the best police as the JCFs major role these days seem to be the taxing/ticketing of motorists.

If shopping I walk it my crocus bag easier to carry and the only recycling is washing it.
Anyway putting my crocus bag over mi shoulder so I am stepping no stopping just buying and looking out a mi eye.
