ReplyDeleteAll Pernel Charles Arcade location a 10 story building can go there so with high end stores ,offices ,parking maybe apartments on higher floors to carry off the city centre and bring it back to its heyday.

Ward Theatre is close by,soon ordinary.people can't go downtown much less live.
Will become so so high end people can't afford.
