This is a strange development between the NWC and the KSAMC regarding the reporting of water quality conditions. First, the water quality across this country cannot be confidential. The water quality offered to the public by the NWC should be published on a website for all to see.
Proper financial management should apply to all government entities in their relationships with all entities. Mayor Swaby said that the KSAMC owed funds to the NWC before the current KSAMC administration. All government entities should meet their financial responsibility not only to the private sector but also to the public sector. Failure to meet financial obligations should be seen as a form of corruption. How do you ensure that entities conform to a budget that is authorized under the law? This slackness must stop.
If what the Mayor says is true, then the position of the NWC could lead to national mistrust in an entity that provides water, and it will have negative political backlash for the governing party. Is it possible that the NWC, since the departure of its former head, has become a headless chicken fluttering all over the place with no sense of purpose or accountability?
PM, you are working hard to win the minds and hearts of the electorate, but some people are frustrating your efforts. Mark my word!

I totally agree with you my fellow Miconian. I never used to drink water from the tap. Now O am afraid to bathe in it and wash my plate and clothes in it without knowing what isbin it.

Politics is about attaining state power, whether we like it or not. We have to give thanks that although we have made some blunders in the past, our democracy is alive. Those who respond to the post should give their opinions about what is happening. This matter is not about the editor and which questions he asks.
