This is an update on the matter of the youngster who was being bullied at Rock River All-Age School. The youngster has a large bump on the back of his head.
I contacted the principal, Mrs Walker. She was not aware of the matter. The matter has been reported to the nearby police station and the education minister.
Criminals start developing from home, and then they move on to high school, where they fine-tune their criminal skills. They leave high school qualified to become a full criminal. We need social workers to track these social misfits from an early stage so that remedial actions can be taken.
I am posting this here as information for all to see. This matter must be thoroughly investigated and action taken. This cannot be another 9-day wonder. We must start to deal with the young criminals in our schools.
Do we realize if we go by the definition "ANY BEHAVIOUR THAT ATTRACTS A FINE OR IMPRISONMENT IS A CRIME"

Want a "crime free" society we the citizens must police
ourselves,friends,associates and families.
The 14000 police, 6000 military and 40,000 security guards cannot 100% police 3million people effectively.
WE HAVE TO POLICE OURSELVES AS THE FIRST LINE IF DEFENCE AGAINST CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR SO,RESOCIALIZE OUR CHILDREN JAMAICA 🇯🇲 .
That is true but if you use the d international global sociological definition if a crime as "any behaviour that attracts a fine or imprisonment.

Start with parliament,churches,security forces and even our Private sector business groupings
It is true however that Jamaicans globally have excelled and contributed to the betterment of mankind locally and globally.
