Bark Di Trute Continues To Give Solid Advice - Be Guided By It

I see some comments popping up in recent times, especially when I talk about politicians and how people behave when accosted by the police force.

I get the impression that some people are trying to change my position on these matters. They say I am biased. I say to myself, "What's new? Human beings have their biases." Even in seeking relationships with friends and potential spouses, we have our biases. Vernon is no different.

There are some hot political matters that I have dealt with in recent times. It does not matter which party I voted for; what matters is if the points made in the articles are worth considering. Telling me that I am political is neither here nor there. Stick to the issues and stay away from personalities. Everybody cannot be like you and have your opinion.

I can say to my readers confidently that many things I have written about have come to reality. My recent prediction is about the shooting of that woman in Montego Bay. It is a case that all well-thinking Jamaicans should learn from that incident. Getting hot under the collar and mass-producing these videos on social media will not help you. You must ensure that you do not get into a confrontation with the police. Do as they say; do nothing to make the officer feel threatened because it is you who will lose your life and not Vernon Derby. You cannot control the actions of a police officer, but you can control your actions and your attitude.

Remember this: only a mentally deranged person would take on an armed police officer on the street. Those who cannot hear will feel.
