31-year-old Miquel Blake and 34-year-old Dravere Blake, Jamaicans from Trelawny, were reportedly gunned down about 1:30 a.m. on June 20. This happened in West Haven, Connecticut, USA. Both brothers were found unresponsive by police and were taken to the hospital, where they were pronounced dead.
The police have not given any details so far of the case. One source says it all started in a bar when one of the brothers inappropriately touched a lady whom he knew before, and this annoyed her boyfriend. This resulted in a confrontation, and the two brothers were shot.
The family is now seeking support to send the brothers' bodies to Jamaica for burial. It is probably best that they be buried in the US to cut back on costs.
